According to the article, the Internal Revenue Service is delaying approval of tax-exempt status for a private organization, Z STREET, and reviewing its work, telling a lawyer for the organization that it must be examined because its activities may, and this is a quote from the lawyer, "contradict the administration's public policies"!

I personally don't know anything about Z STREET, but apparently it's a group that educates on the statehood and status of Israel.

Apparently Z STREET has met all of the requirements to be granted tax-exempt status, but approval was delayed because of a "Special Israel Policy that requires greater scrutiny of organizations which have to do with Israel, in part to determine whether they espouse positions on Israel contrary to those of the current administration."

It is unbelievable that in this "FREE" country, the government can penalize an organization simply because it doesn't agree with the government! This sounds uncomfortably similar to the position of communist governments where the people are not allowed to speak out against the government!

Interesting to note that the IRS has no problem granting tax-exempt status to CAIR, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, a co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terror financing case. So once again, the enemy-in-chief gives preference to our enemies!

Once again the clueless and classless prez has shown his true colors demonstrating his hatred for our country and our traditional American values, by his embrace of our enemies and those who want to destroy our country! What a sick joke that he supposedly suddenly cares for American values and religious freedom! From the same guy who previously denounced those who would cling to their religion, comes the sentiment that "our commitment to religious freedom must be unshakable." Obama says that the place where the twin towers once stood was indeed "hallowed ground," and that the proper way to honor it was to apply American values. However, it is interesting to note that 9 years later, St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, the church that was destroyed at the 9/11 site, can't get through all the bureaucratic red tape to rebuild, but all barriers have been removed for a mosque, including denying landmark protection for a building that must be demolished to make way for it, and even though funding has not even been established for it. Make no mistake; this is not about religious freedom!! There are mosques all over New York; no Muslims are being denied religious freedom. This is about once again giving in to our enemies who want to destroy US (purposely intended to mean "us" or the U.S., interchangeably). Even Dan Senor of the Council on Foreign Relations recognizes this when he wrote in The Wall Street Journal, "in the minds of many who are swayed by the most radical interpretations of Islam...it will be celebrated as a Muslim monument erected on the site of a great Muslim 'military' victory." Even the name of the mosque is to be the Cordoba House. "Cordoba" in Islamic symbolic terms means Islamic rule in the West. Another victory in the West! Endorsed and supported by "our" president!

What Does the Bible Say About Abortion?

What does God say about abortion? It was part of my Bible reading today, and all I can say is, "Can it be any clearer?" These are God's words, as He gives Moses the law for His people:

If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine. And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life...Exodus 21:22-23

The word for mischief here means "hurt". So if a man hurts a pregnant woman and causes her to give birth, but there is no further hurt to come, then he is still to be punished! But if there IS harm, then God requires life for life, meaning He values that unborn baby's life EQUALLY with the grown man's life!
